| Harmony Hall was a 600 seat saloon-style theater in the Country Crossroads area of Carowinds. It featured a variety of shows over it's 29 year history but was best known for it's country hoedown shows from the 1970's.
Just across from Harmony Hall was a small playgound on an island near the covered bridge. It had an attraction known simply as the spinning barrel house along with a spiral slide with a windmill on the top. This small playground was removed around 1975 with the addition of Hanna-Barbera Land. |
Although the roofline and the clock tower remain the same (minus the clock), it is easy to see what changes were made for the Scooby Doo's Haunted Mansion ride which opened in 2001. This attractions was renamed the "Boo Blasters on Boo Hill" for the 2010 season. | ||||
