The Mule-Go-Round was basically a rustic, mule-powered carousel. An article in the Charlotte Observer (July 7, 1974) quoted Pat Hall as saying, "A lady from the Humane Society was giving me hell about that mule, so I put up a sign that said, This mule works four hours a day and sleeps and eats 20." This unique attraction was removed after the 1974 season.
